About your manager

Petr Chadima leads our Technology Consulting practice for Financial Services. Throughout his career, he has worked on large-scale transformation programmes for both Czech and international clients. What keeps him motivated is working alongside talented people and helping them succeed. Outside of work, he enjoys woodworking and creating things by hand with the support of his family.

Job description & summary

• Co-lead projects across the full project lifecycle, from requirements analysis and solution design to testing, implementation, and change management.

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

• Support the delivery of technology-focused transformation initiatives within the banking and financial services sector.

• Coordinate project teams and mentor junior colleagues within your area of expertise.

• Facilitate workshops, gather business requirements, and help shape solution proposals.

• Contribute to project planning, governance, and delivery management activities.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation.

• Participate in business development activities, including pre-sales, proposal preparation, and upselling opportunities.

• Collaborate with local and international PwC teams on cross-border engagements.

What matters to us

• 2-5 years of experience in consulting, financial services, fintech, or technology advisory environments.

• Proven experience delivering projects with a strong technology component.

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and project delivery practices.

• Solid knowledge of business processes within the banking and financial services sector.

• Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

• Fluent English and Czech or Slovak language skills.

• Knowledge of digital transformation, core banking, payments, or fintech solutions.

• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
