As a Senior Manager, Project Management at ICON, you will be responsible for leading project management initiatives that ensure the successful planning, execution, and delivery of clinical trials.

What You Will Do:

Your focus will be on overseeing project and programme management delivery, coaching your team, and driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing project management frameworks and methodologies that align with ICON's strategic goals and enhance project outcomes.
• Overseeing the planning and execution of clinical trial projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Leading and mentoring a team of project managers, providing guidance and support to drive project success and professional development.
• Monitoring project performance metrics and risk indicators to proactively address issues and ensure alignment with client expectations.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and ensure seamless integration of project activities.

Your Profile:

You will have a strong background in project and programme management, with proven management experience and a commitment to quality delivery.

Required qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field
• Extensive experience in project management within the clinical research or pharmaceutical industries.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Willingness to travel as required (approximately 35%)
