Are you an experienced communications professional with a passion for storytelling, marketing and project management?

As a Senior Carpet & LVT Communication Specialist, you’ll play a key role in developing and implementing communication and marketing strategies for our commercial Carpet and LVT product portfolios across EMEA. You’ll turn product innovations into inspiring stories, develop impactful campaigns and ensure our products are successfully launched onto the market.

You’ll work closely with teams in Product Management, Marketing, Design, Sustainability and Digital. You’ll be responsible for the entire communication process: from strategy and concept development to implementation and evaluation.

What will you be doing?

Product launches & communication

• Developing and implementing 360° communication strategies for new Carpet and LVT product launches.
• Crafting compelling product stories, key messages and value propositions.
• Aligning communication activities with the wider business objectives.

Content creation & marketing tools

You will develop and coordinate a wide range of communication materials, including:

• Brochures and catalogues
• Presentations and sales materials
• Video and photography projects
• Infographics
• Web and landing pages
• SEO content
• Social media content
• Sampling and sales enablement tools

You will ensure that all communications comply with brand guidelines and are of high quality, both in terms of content and visuals.

In addition, the role involves travelling to other EMEA countries for around 10–15 per cent of your time.

Project and stakeholder management

• Leading communication projects from briefing to delivery.
• Co-ordinating internal stakeholders and external agencies.
• Monitoring schedules, quality and budget.
• Collaborating with international teams within a matrix organisation.

Campaigns & performance

Rolling out integrated online and offline communication campaigns.

• Supporting product launches, sustainability communications and customer engagement initiatives.
• Monitoring results and implementing optimisations based on KPIs.

What do you bring to the role?

Education

• A completed higher professional education (HBO) or university (WO) degree, preferably in Communication, Marketing or a related field.

Experience

• At least 5 years’ experience in communications or marketing communications.
• Experience in managing communications projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with both digital and traditional communications channels.
• Experience in a B2B environment is a strong advantage.
• Experience in an international organisation or matrix structure is an advantage.
