Primary Objective

The Senior SME Deposit Manager focuses on driving growth and acquisition within the SME deposit segment. This role is responsible for building strong, lasting relationships with SME clients, developing tailored deposit solutions, and identifying new business opportunities in the SME market.

• Create and execute strategies to acquire SME deposits and grow the SME deposit portfolio.

• Develop personalized deposit solutions for SME clients based on their unique needs and business objectives.

• Cultivate strong relationships with SME clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

• Identify new business opportunities within the SME segment and leverage partnerships for mutual growth.

• Monitor and report on the performance of SME deposit products, making data-driven recommendations to improve results.

• Collaborate with the Retail Deposit Lead to cross-sell and develop integrated solutions for SMEs.

• Stay informed about market trends, economic factors, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
