À propos de ce poste Senior Brand Designer chez Norm Ai
About Norm Ai
Norm Ai, the agentic law company, has a client base with a combined $30 trillion in assets under management.
Norm Ai pioneered Legal Engineering, the process that empowers lawyers to build and supervise domain-specific AI agents with Norm’s proprietary suite of no-code software tools. Norm Ai technology is deployed inside many of the largest and most consequential institutions in the world.
Norm Ai is also the technology behind Norm Law, LLP, a separate but affiliated AI-native law firm built for the era of agentic AI. Norm Law’s attorneys advise leading institutions across private funds, private equity, venture capital, real estate, registered funds, and financial regulation, using the same legal intelligence platform that powers Norm Ai’s products.
AI Fluency:
Norm Ai expects all team members to be fluent in AI. Successful candidates actively use AI in their day-to-day work to support thinking, creation, and problem-solving. They use it to improve the quality and speed of their work and to continuously refine how work gets done end-to-end.
Candidates should be prepared to demonstrate and discuss their AI usage throughout the interview process, including concrete examples of tools, workflows, and outcomes. We look for practical, hands-on experience, not theoretical familiarity.
This Role
We are looking for a Senior Brand Designer to be the first designer on our Marketing team's Design function, reporting directly to the Design Director. In this role, you will help build and evolve our visual identity across every touchpoint, with web design and CMS expertise as a key part of your toolkit.
This is an exciting time to join: we recently completed brand refreshes for both Norm Ai and Norm Law, and you'll play a key role in evolving the distinct visual systems for each, including how those systems come to life on the web. You'll be a key individual contributor with real ownership over your domain.
What You’ll Do
Shape brand across every touchpoint: Help shape design work spanning brand identity, marketing collateral, event design, social content, and internal communications, ensuring consistency and quality across both Norm Ai and Norm Law's distinct visual systems.
Bring campaigns and launches to life: Partner with Marketing to translate strategy into compelling visual execution, from concept through final delivery.
Build and maintain design systems: Own and evolve our brand guidelines, component libraries, and templates so the brand stays cohesive as it scales.
Step in for web with expertise: Serve as our go-to for web design and CMS work when it's needed, building, launching, and maintaining responsive pages, and partnering with dev to ship polished, on-brand experiences.
Manage multiple projects at once: Balance a range of concurrent initiatives across formats and mediums, prioritizing effectively and communicating status updates proactively to cross-functional partners.
What We’re Looking For
Core Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of experience in brand design, with a strong portfolio showing range across identity systems, campaigns, marketing collateral, and digital experiences.
Design Craft: Mastery of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools, with a sharp eye for typography, layout, and visual storytelling across mediums.
Systems Thinking: Experience building and maintaining brand guidelines, templates, and component libraries that keep a growing brand consistent.
Web & CMS Fluency: Working knowledge of a modern CMS platform, with the ability to partner with developers to ship web projects when needed.
Collaboration: A strong communicator who can manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritize effectively, and keep cross-functional partners aligned.
Mindset: A self-starter who moves fluidly between big-picture brand thinking and hands-on execution, and takes pride in end-to-end ownership.
