The Crown Is Yours

As a Senior Associate, Revenue Operations, you’ll help turn promotion plans into well-executed programs that drive our Lottery business forward. You’ll coordinate launches from build through completion, bringing together timelines, offer requirements, customer communications, and performance data to keep programs on track. You’ll monitor live initiatives, identify issues early, and deliver clear performance reporting that helps teams understand results and determine next steps. Your work will bring consistency and precision to how we execute, measure, and improve our promotions.

What you’ll do as a Senior Associate, Revenue Operations

• Execute approved programs from initial build through launch, ongoing monitoring, and closeout, keeping deliverables and stakeholders aligned throughout the process.
• Configure approved offers and campaign requirements, and complete pre-launch quality assurance to confirm audiences, terms, timing, and other specifications are accurate.
• Maintain the operating calendar across launches, game builds, offer updates, active program periods, and performance reporting dates.
• Partner with CRM and Marketing teams to align audiences, messaging, terms, timing, and offer requirements before launch.
• Monitor live programs for delivery, promotional costs, data completeness, and operational performance, escalating issues with clear context, impact, ownership, and recommended next steps.
• Track and report key revenue and sales metrics, including week-over-week and forecast comparisons, to give teams a clear view of program performance.
• Document and improve repeatable processes across builds, quality assurance, monitoring, and reporting, identifying opportunities to automate established workflows.

What you’ll bring

• At least 2 years of experience in revenue operations, campaign operations, growth, marketing operations, analytics, or a related field; experience in lottery, gaming, or another regulated consumer business is a plus.
• Experience coordinating campaigns, promotions, game launches, or comparable operational workflows from setup through completion.
• Strong attention to detail when working with numerical data, timelines, customer audiences, terms, and launch requirements.
• Experience using reporting and data to monitor performance, investigate unexpected results, and identify issues that require escalation.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple timelines, priorities, and stakeholders while maintaining accuracy.
• Comfort working with business intelligence, spreadsheet, workflow, or data activation tools to support execution, monitoring, and reporting.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 69,600.00 USD - 87,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
