Job Description & Summary

About IT Risk Assurance:

Our focus is on creating effective and efficient design for the most important business, security and compliance processes for our clients. We touch on aspects of application security and areas prone to fraud and financial misstatement, and streamline processes that are part of our clients’ core businesses so they can get higher returns on key. Using innovative and proprietary technologies, we help to bridge the gap between business stakeholders, compliance functions and IT teams to assist their understanding of how to embrace new ways of working, while limiting their financial and operational risk profiles. We use knowledge of financial system design, risk mitigation, business process design, data integrity, security and use of data analytics.

Responsibilities:

• Perform IT audits for systems that generate financial statements and IT security assessments
• Work with a range of ERP and IS/IT system environments such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics and other infrastructures such as Unix/Windows operating systems, Oracle/SQL databases and Cisco/Juniper/Checkpoint firewall systems
• Apply digital solutions and technology such as Alteryx, SQL, ACL, RPA and Python etc.
• Support Managers in delivering IT audit assignments against established methodologies, frameworks and global best practices
• Support Managers in delivering ERP project implementation and controls optimisation assignments, in designing and delivering digital solutions to solve client or audit challenges, and in delivering IT or cybersecurity control reviews• Support Managers in developing businesses, including in the preparation of proposals for tender
• Participate in projects on IT controls and risk management advisory
• Develop and model data analytics or computer assisted audit techniques (CAATs) to solve client problems and help Managers to drive changes in the delivery of the firm’s assurance and advisory services

Requirements:

• Experience in IT controls, or risk management, accounting or business
processes, or system implementation, or IT project assurance
• Experience in ERP reviews, audits or implementation or advisory roles in areas such as SAP, Oracle, JDE, Dynamics or Peoplesoft will be an advantage
• Intermediate coding experiences or use of data technology such as SQL, Alteryx, Celonis, Power BI or Python will be an advantage
• Good interpersonal skills and reasonable command of English and Vietnamese languages
