What You’ll Do 

Own and deliver core finance operations 

• Take ownership of assigned areas within the I2C cycle (e.g. billing, WIP, receivables, time) 

• Ensure accuracy, completeness and timeliness of financial transactions and data 

• Maintain strong adherence to processes and internal controls 

• Resolve operational issues and ensure smooth, consistent day-to-day execution 

Safeguard financial integrity and data quality 

• Monitor financial data for accuracy, consistency and completeness 

• Identify discrepancies, gaps or risks, and ensure timely resolution 

• Support strong governance and reliability across finance operations processes 

Drive process improvements and transformation 

• Identify inefficiencies, recurring issues and opportunities within processes 

• Propose and support improvements, including process enhancements, automation or system changes 

• Contribute to finance transformation initiatives, including hands-on exposure to business analysis and project coordination 

Partner with stakeholders across teams 

• Work closely with engagement teams and internal stakeholders, including regional and global counterparts, to resolve issues and align on processes 

• Provide clarity on finance processes and requirements 

• Support better decision-making through accurate and reliable information 

Work within a shared team structure 

• Work closely with team members managing related processes across the I2C cycle 

• Ensure smooth handoffs and coordination across interdependent activities 

• Maintain alignment across end-to-end finance operations 

Grow into process ownership and leadership 

• Build towards end-to-end ownership of a sub-process over time 

• Guide junior team members and contribute to team delivery standards

Requirements 

• Bachelor’s Degree or professional qualifications 

• Fluent in English 

• Familiarity with tools such as Excel; exposure to Power BI or automation tools is an advantage 

Nice to Have 

• Exposure to finance operations, shared services or transactional environments 

• Experience in process improvement or system-related initiatives
