This position will be a hybrid work arrangement. You will receive 18 remote workdays per quarter to use at your discretion, subject to manager approval. For example, you may choose to work in the office 4 days per week and take one remote day weekly (typically 13 weeks per quarter), leaving 5 additional remote days to be used as needed.

We are looking for a Senior Associate, Enterprise Continuous Improvement to join our dynamic team at HarbourVest Advisers L.P. This outstanding opportunity lets you lead end-to-end delivery of functional transformation initiatives. You will also serve as a trusted advisor to the Head of Client Operations and global senior leaders. You will play a key role in driving continuous improvement and delivering groundbreaking change within our Client Operations organization. This group includes Client Experience, Enterprise Risk Management, Enterprise Operations & Strategy, Portfolio Analytics & Performance Measurement, Treasury, and Investment Accounting teams.

What you will do:

• Implement Client Operations improvement initiatives against agreed timelines and scope by working closely with executive sponsors and project team members to deliver business outcomes.
• Drive current state assessments, gap analysis, future state development, and implementation of project plans.
• Facilitate productive and collaborative discussions by defining agendas, outlining objectives, and working towards decisions.
• Build project and process documentation content, applying data-driven insights.

What you bring:

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Lean Six Sigma black belt certification preferred.
• PMI Certification and Change Management Certification a plus.
• Financial services industry experience preferred with wealth management and/or private equity experience a plus.
• Experience in business process mapping and building.
• Experience in preparing and delivering executive-level presentations.
• Effective at managing multiple and often competing priorities.
• Enthusiasm for the mission of the company and its diverse and inclusive culture.

Education Preferred

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

Experience

• 3-5 years of prior experience.

Base Salary Range:

$160,000.00 - $170,000.00

This USD base salary range represents only one component of total compensation for this role and is provided in accordance with local requirements. This role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, which is determined based on individual and overall firm performance. In addition to salary and bonus eligibility, total compensation may include participation in long-term reward programs (typically for more senior-level roles). We also offer a comprehensive total rewards package that may include retirement contributions, health insurance, income protection, paid time off and leave benefits as well as well-being programs. Our total rewards offerings are influenced by several business factors, and eligibility for certain components will vary by position and geography. Please note the posted ranges do not apply outside the U.S. and should not be converted to other currencies as a proxy for compensation in other countries.
