As a Senior Associate - Deals - Private Equity Value Creation (PEVC), you will engage with clients to drive value creation through strategic deal-making and commercial diligence. Within our Deals practice, you will be at the forefront of advising private equity clients on maximizing their investments and identifying growth opportunities. This role involves analyzing complex business scenarios, developing strategic insights, and delivering impactful solutions that align with client objectives.

As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to build meaningful client relationships and navigate complex business environments. You will guide and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive team culture. Your ability to anticipate client needs and deliver quality solutions will be crucial in enhancing client satisfaction and driving business success.

Responsibilities

- Developing acquisition strategies and deal structures to support client objectives

- Collaborating with clients to enhance commercial diligence processes

What You Must Have

- At least an MBA degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
