As a Senior Associate - Deals Advisory - Deals Strategy, you will engage with clients to provide strategic insights and solutions within our Deals practice. You will be instrumental in analyzing complex business scenarios, helping clients navigate the intricacies of deal-making and value creation. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored strategies that drive business success.

As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your problem-solving skills and critical thinking to manage workstreams and develop deliverables within client service engagements. You will build meaningful client relationships and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment. Your role will involve navigating complex situations, enhancing your personal brand, and expanding your technical skills.

Responsibilities

- Conducting comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making
- Developing and evaluating business plans to identify potential growth opportunities and value creation
- Performing financial modeling and financial statement analysis to support deal structures and acquisition strategies
- Engaging in customer due diligence and financial due diligence to assess risks and opportunities in potential deals
- Collaborating with teams to design and implement post-merger integration strategies
- Utilizing analytical thinking to monitor and analyze financial trends and industry developments
- Applying scenario analysis to anticipate market changes and inform strategic planning
- Leveraging Capital IQ and other tools to gather and analyze data for corporate development initiatives
- Supporting the development of M&A strategies by synthesizing insights from market trends and industry analysis
- Facilitating communication and collaboration among stakeholders to drive successful deal outcomes

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
