We are seeking a detail-oriented CLO specialist to support the ongoing administration and management of collateralized loan obligation vehicles on our Insurance Solutions team.

This role will focus on monitoring cash movements in and out of CLO structures, managing liability-related activity, supporting accordion features, and reconciling transaction data with trustees, administrators, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily cash activity across CLO vehicles, including interest collections, principal proceeds, fees, expenses, reinvestments, distributions, and other cash movements.

• Track cash inflows and outflows to ensure all activity is accurately reflected across internal systems, trustee reports, and bank accounts.

• Support the management of CLO liability and other structures, including accordion features, upsizing mechanics, drawdowns, and related investor or lender activity.

• Coordinate with trustees, collateral administrators, banks, arrangers, and internal investment teams to confirm accurate reporting and settlement of cash and liability activity.

• Reconcile trustee reports, payment dates, waterfall calculations, collateral balances, liability balances, and cash accounts against internal records.

• Support internal teams with ad hoc analysis related to CLO performance, liquidity, liability management, and deal-level reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.

• 4 to 7 years of experience in structured finance, CLOs, leveraged loans, fund accounting, trustee operations, loan operations, or a related role.

• Strong understanding of CLO structures, cash waterfalls, liability tranches, trustee reporting, and collateral administration preferred.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to reconcile complex financial data across multiple sources.

• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets, cash flow schedules, and transaction reports.

• Ability to communicate clearly with internal teams and external counterparties.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines around payment dates, reporting cycles, and transaction activity.
