The key purpose of the role is to support student outreach, recruitment and admission functions in order to bring in the best students to join our graduate programmes.

This role reports to the Assistant Director of Graduate Studies.

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

• Coordinate monthly website and blog updates for the Graduate Studies Office

• Working with agencies on marketing outreach and campaigns

• Lead generation and nurturing activities with participants

• Represent programmes at events such as fairs, information sessions, webinars, and coffee chats (local and overseas)

• Consultation with prospects to advise on programme suitability

• Effective administration of programme admissions processes

• Provide a high level of service quality for applicants

Key competencies and qualifications requirements:

• Degree in any field, Business or Marketing preferred.

• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience

• Process-oriented mindset

• Excellent eye for detail

• Strong marketing, communication and presentation skills

• Digital literacy in Microsoft Office and general cloud software

• These competencies are not compulsory, but any would be advantageous:

  • Domain experience in education / graduate studies

  • Experience in B2B, B2C and marketing to Asian countries

  • Skills in visual design, copywriting, web, CMS, data visualization

  • Familiarity in CRM systems, processes, and Marketing Automation

  • Data-driven mindset and project management skills

  • Relevant experience in the healthcare industry
