We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced, and innovative Senior Software Architect with deep expertise in Cloud and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to join our team. In this role, you will design and oversee the implementation of scalable, secure, and forward-thinking AI-powered solutions in cloud environments. You will play a critical role in defining the technical vision, aligning architecture with business goals, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, future-ready software products.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define functional and non-functional requirements for new and existing software applications.

• Use appropriate tools and methodologies to create system representations, including functional workflows and system interactions.

• Define system architectures that ensure scalability, reliability, security, and high performance.

• Establish technology stacks, workflow standards, and development best practices.

• Communicate architectural concepts, standards, and guidelines clearly to development teams to ensure alignment and effective execution.

• Act as a thought leader in Cloud and AI by promoting best practices, innovation, and emerging technologies.

• Provide technical leadership to ensure development aligns with architecture, project goals, and delivery timelines.

• Coach developers and promote engineering excellence through code quality, automation, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• 10+ years of experience in software architecture and design, with strong expertise in Cloud and AI/ML solutions.

• Proven expertise in one or more cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and an infrastructure as code approach (Terraform)

• Experience in service-oriented architecture/microservices and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

• Experience with DevOps practices and tools, such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.

• Strong knowledge of AI/ML/LLM frameworks, data processing tools, and modern programming languages such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and React.

• Experience leading large-scale enterprise software initiatives, including distributed systems and event-driven or messaging technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Azure Service Bus.

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the communication skills needed to influence and collaborate across teams.

• Proven ability to mentor team members and support technical, business, and product discussions.

• Proficiency in English is required; communicative French is a plus.
