As a Senior Software Quality Engineer at net2phone, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of software quality. This includes both manual testing of new features and the development and maintenance of automated tests.
Key responsibilities:
- Act in quality assurance and control, including functional, regression, and usability testing.
- Analyze software requirements and develop appropriate test cases.
- Conducting manual testing for new software features.
- Developing and maintaining automated tests using Java or C#.
- Writing and implementing UI and API tests.
- Integrating work with CI/CD tools.
- Proactive participation in incident review, adjusting the quality improvement strategy depending on the causes of incidents.
- Collaborating within a Scrum environment.
- Implementing new quality requirements (testing, releases) in the team if needed.
- Formulating a quality improvement strategy.
- Advocating for compliance with quality requirements in the team.
