The Senior Analyst, Talent Management plays a critical role in shaping and advancing talent strategies that help employees grow, develop, and thrive throughout their careers.
This position is responsible for executing and continuously improving Talent Management programs and processes while supporting both strategic and operational HR initiatives. Working in close partnership with HR leaders, business stakeholders, and global teams, the successful candidate will help drive impactful talent solutions, leverage data-driven insights, and contribute to a culture of continuous development, performance, and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with HR Business Partners and stakeholders across multiple countries to support the implementation and execution of AES Talent Management processes and programs.
- Collaborate with the HRIS team to leverage technology and continuously improve the efficiency, scalability, and employee experience of talent processes.
- Coordinate and support the global performance management cycle, including goal setting, development conversations, onboarding-related processes, and year-end activities.
- Support the execution and continuous enhancement of talent review and Talent Dialogue processes, ensuring alignment with business priorities and talent strategies.
- Support talent assessment strategies, including competency, skill, leadership, and 360-degree feedback assessments, translating data into actionable recommendations.
- Analyze talent-related data and trends to identify opportunities that support employee development, succession planning, and business objectives.
- Stay informed about emerging Talent Management practices and market trends, bringing innovative ideas and continuous improvement opportunities to the organization.
- Co-lead leadership development programs by supporting strategy development, collaborating with external partners, coordinating participant nominations, and helping manage program delivery, engagement, mentoring, and communications.
- Contribute to initiatives that strengthen team effectiveness and organizational capability, including DISC workshops, team-building activities, reporting, and employee development programs.
- Develop clear, engaging, and inclusive communications, presentations, and program materials that help employees, people leaders, and HR teams understand and navigate talent processes.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for talent-related initiatives by providing guidance, system support, and practical solutions to stakeholders across the organization.
- Foster strong relationships with cross-functional partners while contributing to a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience supporting Talent Management, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related functions.
- Experience contributing to performance management processes, talent reviews, employee assessments, leadership development programs, or similar talent initiatives.
- Strong project management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Experience creating training materials, communications, presentations, or employee-facing resources.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights and data into practical recommendations.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfort working in a global and cross-functional environment.
