About this Role:
As a Senior Analyst, Business Performance and PMO, you will support the management team by enabling effective project governance, performance visibility, and data-driven decision-making across projects, programs, portfolios, and functional operations. The role is responsible for coordinating governance activities, maintaining accurate reporting and dashboards, tracking key operational and financial metrics, and highlighting risks, issues, trends, and improvement opportunities.
Major Responsibilities:
- Provide executive visibility into project, program, portfolio, and functional performance, including status, risks, issues, costs, KPIs, and key trends.
- Facilitate project governance forums, drive reporting cadence, and escalate risks, issues, decisions, and dependencies requiring management attention.
- Prepare and publish executive-ready dashboards, summaries, trend analyses, KPI updates, and variance commentary for SLT and management reviews.
- Support weekly and monthly governance activities, including project reporting compliance, timesheet compliance, resource utilization, demand-capacity tracking, and audit readiness.
- Support FinOps reporting by tracking cloud cost trends, project-wise cost movements, anomalies, optimization actions, and savings opportunities.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Delivery, Finance, Cloud Ops, SRE, and business teams to ensure timely, complete, and accurate data submission.
- Track key client and project commitments, including milestones, financial terms, implementation obligations, SLA/RTO/RPO requirements, and operational follow-ups.
- Maintain data quality and governance across PMO tools, including Jira, MS Project, Tempo, Power BI, Excel trackers, and related reporting systems.
- Work with Project Managers to promote adherence to governance standards, reporting expectations, best practices, and audit requirements.
- Identify opportunities to standardize, simplify, and automate recurring PMO reports, dashboards, SOPs, and operational processes.
- Support strategic initiatives that fall within the scope of the PMO organization
Required Technical/Functional Skills / Qualifications
- 4-7 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- End to end understanding of IT life cycle (pipeline, resource, demand, project delivery, financial)
- Excellent knowledge of project management strategies, processes, and tools such as MS Project.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Jira
- Basic Awareness of ISO, ISMS
- A relevant project management qualification.
