Job Summary**

As a Senior AI Specialist Transformation at RHB Bank Berhad, you will lead and drive the strategic integration of AI solutions across various business units, focusing on identifying opportunities, designing innovative AI strategies, and overseeing their implementation to enhance efficiency, customer experience, and business growth.

Job Responsibilities**

* Develop and execute comprehensive AI transformation strategies aligned with RHB Bank's overall business objectives and digital roadmap.
* Identify high-impact AI use cases within banking operations, including but not limited to fraud detection, personalized customer recommendations, risk management, and operational automation.
* Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects, from conceptualization and proof-of-concept to deployment and post-implementation monitoring.
* Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, data scientists, engineers, and IT teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
* Evaluate and recommend appropriate AI technologies, platforms, and vendors to support transformation initiatives.
* Establish best practices for AI development, governance, ethical considerations, and responsible AI implementation.
* Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior AI specialists and cross-functional teams.
* Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and data science, and assess their applicability within the banking sector.
* Prepare and present compelling business cases, project updates, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
* Drive a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Job Qualifications**

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
* Minimum of 7 years of experience in AI/ML roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior specialist capacity focusing on AI strategy and transformation.
* Proven track record of successfully delivering impactful AI solutions in a large enterprise environment, preferably within the financial services industry.
* Strong understanding of various AI/ML techniques, including deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and reinforcement learning.
* Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
* Experience with cloud AI platforms (e.g., AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML, Google AI Platform).
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
* Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Knowledge of ethical AI principles, data privacy regulations (e.g., PDPA), and risk management frameworks.
