We're looking for a Senior AI Engineer who wants to build AI that works in the real world, on real enterprise data, with problems that don't have textbook answers. You'll join a team where AI isn't just the product. It's how we work.

What you'll build and own

• Knowledge pipelines. Turn manuals, tickets and work orders into trusted knowledge that powers chat and text experiences, with voice and video on the roadmap.

• Production AI agents. Build multi-step agents that use tools and APIs, handle failures gracefully, and balance reliability, speed and cost.

• Measurable AI. Build automated evals, define success metrics, and catch regressions before they reach production.

• Real business problems. Understand customer workflows, find what's worth automating, and deliver it with product and customer-facing teams.

• Security by design. Protect customer data, prevent cross-customer exposure and prompt injection, and keep agent tool use safe.

• How we build. Share what works, build tools and agents the team adopts, and help raise the bar for AI-native engineering.

• Outcomes, not just code. Drive solutions from design to production, and keep improving them once they're live.

Requirements

• A hands-on developer with a steep growth curve. Ideally 5+ years of development experience, but what you can build matters more than how long you've been building.

• AI-native in practice. AI is part of how you plan, build, test and review, and you know when its output isn't good enough.

• Agents in production. You've built agents that call tools and APIs, and you know what it takes to keep them reliable, fast and affordable.

• You measure AI quality. You've built evals, defined success metrics and used them to decide what ships.

• Real problems, real results. You've turned a complex workflow into an AI-powered solution and can show measurable impact.

• Solid backend engineering. Production services and pipelines in Python, TypeScript, Go, C#, Java or similar.

• Ownership and clear communication. You take initiative, see things through to production, and explain AI behaviour clearly to product, CS and customers.

Nice to have

• RAG, data ingestion, retrieval and reranking.

• A security background: secure coding, OWASP (including the LLM Top 10), threat modelling.

• LLM data pipelines: labelling, classification or extraction at scale.

• Experience in DevOps, QA, data or support roles alongside development.

• Enterprise B2B experience, especially working directly with customers or customer-facing teams.
