Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Administrative Assistant to provide operational and administrative support to leadership teams and clinician-focused programs. This role is responsible for coordinating day-to-day administrative functions, managing logistics, supporting meetings and events, processing expenses, and ensuring a positive experience for clinicians and staff across the organization.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Job Description

• Provide administrative support to department leaders, including scheduling, calendar management, travel coordination, and expense processing.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare meeting materials, document key discussions, and support committee activities.
• Manage office operations, including supply ordering, inventory management, and vendor coordination.
• Support onboarding and orientation activities by preparing materials and coordinating logistics for new clinicians.
• Process reimbursements and support continuing education and professional development-related activities.
• Assist with employee recognition programs, engagement initiatives, and departmental events.
• Maintain departmental records, communications, and documentation while ensuring a high level of organization and confidentiality.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and administrative support to leaders, clinicians, and team members.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Associate degree preferred.

At least one year of applicable experience preferred.
