About the Team

You will join the Treasury Accounting team, which is responsible for the accurate accounting, reporting, and control environment for CoreWeave’s treasury-related activities, including OEM and vendor financing arrangements, debt, investments, and derivative and hedging activities. Your primary focus will be supporting the accounting and financial reporting for OEM and vendor financing arrangements that fund CoreWeave’s capital-intensive infrastructure growth.

You will partner closely with Treasury, Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable, Corporate Accounting, and other teams to ensure transactions are recorded accurately and timely, supporting an efficient monthly close, accurate quarterly and annual reporting, and well-designed accounting processes and controls. Because responsibilities across the Treasury Accounting team are fluid, you will also have opportunities to cross-train and support debt and derivative accounting activities as business needs evolve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary preparer for accounting related to OEM and vendor financing arrangements, including recurring monthly and quarterly close activities
• Coordinate with Treasury on the execution of new OEM and vendor financing schedules and obtain / maintain supporting documentations necessary to establish the related accounting records
• Partner with Fixed Assets to validate asset receipts and other information supporting the commencement and accounting for financing arrangements
• Coordinate with AP and other teams to process OEM financing invoices and ensure transactions are recorded accurately and timely
• Prepare and maintain detailed amortization schedules for individual OEM and vendor financing arrangements, including principal, interest, and other relevant activity
• Prepare monthly journal entries and account reconciliations related to OEM and vendor financing arrangements
• Maintain the consolidated OEM financing rollforward workbook and reconcile underlying financing schedules to the general ledger
• Investigate and resolve reconciling items and differences between financing schedules, invoices, asset records, and the general ledger
• Prepare supporting schedules and information for OEM and vendor financing disclosures included in Forms 10-Q and 10-K
• Prepare journal entries and reconciliations for investments held through the UBS brokerage account and ensure activity is appropriately reflected in the general ledger
• Prepare and maintain supporting documentation for key Treasury Accounting SOX controls and assist with internal and external audit requests
• Support continuous improvement, automation, and process optimization initiatives to make recurring Treasury Accounting processes more efficient and scalable
• Build and maintain clear process documentation and support cross-training across the Treasury Accounting team
• Participate in ad hoc projects supporting the broader Treasury Accounting and CAO organizations

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA strongly preferred
• 4+ years of relevant financial accounting and reporting experience
• Strong technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP
• Background in public accounting (Big 4 preferred) and/or industry experience
• Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with detailed accounting schedules and large data sets
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple recurring monthly and quarterly close deadlines
• Effective verbal and written communication skills; able to clearly explain accounting topics to cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing complete and accurate work
• Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Experience supporting SOX controls and internal or external audit requests
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where responsibilities may change as the business grows

The base salary range for this role is $98,000 to $130,000. The starting salary will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and the market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
