DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role

Senior Accountant - HK

Directly reports to Head of Finance

As the Senior Accountant, you will:

• Prepare month-end & year-end financial statements
• Perform interim and annual audited accounts and liaise with auditors
• Manage weekly cash flow forecast and treasury matters
• Co-ordinate company secretaries matters
• Perform various analysis on financial data
• Ensure all accounting transactions are recorded in accordance with corporate procedures and guidelines
• Assist in ad hoc assignments assigned

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you

The ideal Senior Accountant:

• Diploma or above in accounting discipline, or equivalent;
• Student member of HKICPA or equivalent
• Minimum 3 year’s relevant experience in accounting
• Strong Excel skills (vlookup, sumif, pivot tables)
• Experience in using NetSuite will be an advantage
• Independent, self-motivated, good interpersonal and analytical skills, strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded with high level of accuracy and committed to continuous improvement
• Ability to set priorities, multi-task and meet critical deadlines
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediate availability is an advantage
