What We're Looking For:
VML Health is searching for a highly strategic and results-driven Senior Account Manager to join our team of healthcare marketing experts. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, a proven ability to lead and mentor junior team members, and a passion for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies. What You'll Do:
- Lead and manage a portfolio of client accounts, overseeing project execution and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Develop and implement integrated marketing plans, aligning with client goals and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, strategy, and technology, to deliver exceptional results.
- Manage project budgets and timelines, tracking progress and reporting on key performance indicators.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to agency growth and expansion.

What You'll Need:
- 3-6 years of agency and/or client-side experience managing large-scale interactive marketing projects, preferably in healthcare.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the digital industry, emerging trends, and innovation in healthcare.
- Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
