About The Role 🚀
As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for retaining and growing Bigblue’s key accounts — some of the most promising European D2C brands — and play a central role in their success.
Location: Paris 9th, France (Hybrid)
As an Account Manager, you will:
Build strong, long-term partnerships
Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic merchant accounts
Act as a trusted advisor by connecting operational topics (service, cost, performance) to business impact
Define improvement plans with merchants based on data analysis
Identify new partnership opportunities and define improvement plans with merchants
Deliver customer excellence
Support stakeholders in their day-to-day use of Bigblue’s services
Monitor customer feedback and performance trends, and translate them into actionable improvements
Contribute to product and operational improvements based on merchant insights and market trends
Optimize internal processes and tools to improve the overall customer experience
Grow hand-in-hand
Contribute to our merchants’ strategic development and identify their metrics that drive growth
Identify potential signals of dissatisfaction and implement solutions to answer them
Suggest out-of-the-box initiatives to engage our existing merchants
Implement cross-selling and upselling strategies to address customer needs and unlock value
You would be a great fit if this sounds like you:
You have around 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role with regular stakeholder interactions in logistics, supply chain, fulfillment environments
You have a native level of French and professional working proficiency in English
You are willing to grow and are eager to build a strong understanding of the logistics market
You are comfortable analyzing data and presenting insights during business reviews
You are comfortable using advanced Excel
You are based in (or willing to relocate to) Paris
And you also:
Have strong communication and relationship-building skills
Are analytical and able to leverage data to drive decisions
Can solve complex problems and prioritize effectively
Demonstrate business acumen and strategic thinking (growing with experience)
Are comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously
Are proactive, autonomous, and adaptable
