State Street provides Pricing Services for Asset Managers and Pension Funds. The primary service revolves under running control reports Missing, Variance and Stale as per client instruction and resolving all the exceptions. In the process, team will apply price for missing price securities , Validate variance and stale with alternate vendor, Research Corporate Action Securities , Perform portfolio level pricing and Generate & Publish Client Specific Reports. The Clients’ portfolios includes products like Equity, Fixed Income, OTC and Exchange-traded Derivatives, FX, Bank Loans, Futures forwards and Option products. The teams performs the control checks for Daily, Weekly, Monthly.

Primary responsibilities
1.    Manage Delivery of Security Valuations function and processes
2.    Lead a team of ~ 100 approx. members in multiple locations
3.    Oversee the day-to-day activities of the Security Valuations team 
4.    Stakeholder management – internal and external
5.    Relationship management 
6.    Coordinate with External Auditors provide required information for the Audit
7.    Manage end to end transitions and ramp up’s 
8.    Provide timely data, reporting and needed analysis to senior management and other key stakeholders
9.    Ensure significant attention to Risk Excellence to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards and industry developments  

Process Re-engineering & Automation responsibilities 
1.    Lead the process Re-Engineering, Standardization, Automation initiatives
2.    Drive continuous process improvements and standardization across the process 
3.    Drive and support Implementation of the re-engineering and automation efforts
4.    Implement global best practices across the Security Valuation function
5.    Exposure to Automation efforts like RPA and AI will be an advantage.
Education and Experience:
1.    Professional qualification in  Management
2.    Minimum of 12-15 years’ experience in Pricing , Settlements, Middle Office Operations or Capital Market Operations
3.    Preference will be given to candidates with exposure to Pricing or Valuations
Skills & other requirements:
1.    Should have managed a large team in a multi-location environment

2.    Senior-level communication skills, presentation skills, prior experience of interacting with multiple stakeholders 
3.    Independent decision-making capabilities, demonstrated thought leadership
4.    Pride of ownership with the ability to deliver high quality results timely
5.    Self-motivated, self-assured, and self-managed
6.    Problem solving skills
7.    Highly organized with ability to multi-task and work under high pressure deadlines
8.    Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
9.    Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word)
10.    Must have good product knowledge across Equity, Fixed Income, and Derivatives.
11.    The candidate must have well-developed analytical skills.
12.    Candidate must exhibit excellent attention to detail, high degree of accuracy and the ability to meet deadlines.
13.    Ready to work in shifts
