Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Non-Technical Security Systems Program Manager to support the Technical Operations team by improving operational efficiency, driving consistency, and ensuring strategic initiatives and business-as-usual activities stay on track. The ideal candidate enjoys creating structure, developing processes, coordinating cross-functional projects, and transforming information into clear documentation, dashboards, and executive reporting. A strong understanding of how Security Systems organizations function within large global enterprises is important for success in this role. This is a non-technical role focused on program coordination, process improvement, project tracking, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects and initiatives by developing project plans, timelines, milestones, and tracking deliverables.

• Develop and maintain documentation that clearly defines roles, responsibilities, and workflows for internal teams, external partners, and vendors to ensure alignment and successful project execution.

• Coordinate cross-functional meetings, document action items, and drive accountability to ensure projects remain on schedule.

• Develop and maintain SOPs, workflows, process documentation, operational playbooks, and program standards.

• Create dashboards, reports, and executive briefings that communicate project status, KPIs, SLAs, and overall program performance.

• Gather information from internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop clear, organized, and user-friendly documentation.

• Monitor project and program performance, conduct periodic audits, identify risks or roadblocks, and proactively recommend solutions.

• Coordinate change management activities to ensure updates to processes, standards, and procedures are properly documented and communicated.

• Coordinate program intake and service onboarding activities, working with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to develop and implement new processes and playbooks.

• Facilitate ongoing collaboration and dialogue with key stakeholders for progress against the technology roadmap and project plans.

• Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and standardize workflows across teams.

• Maintain accurate project and program documentation and provide general operational support as needed to advance department and organizational objectives.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree required.

• 5+ years of experience supporting Security Systems, Corporate Security, Physical Security, Facilities, or Technology teams within a large, global enterprise environment.

• Experience developing dashboards, KPIs, executive reporting, SOPs, process documentation, reports, and executive presentations.

• Understanding of how Security Systems organizations function within large global enterprises, including project governance, operational processes, and collaboration across Corporate Security, Facilities, IT, and business stakeholders.

• Experience supporting project management, change management, process improvement, or operational programs.

• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.

• Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills.

• Familiarity with Google Suite tools, technology, and applications.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently and collaboratively.
