Security D Officer
Pay: $17.00–$19.50/hour | Multiple Shifts | Weekends & Holidays Required
Seeking reliable Security Officers to maintain safety, provide customer service, patrol property, control access, and report suspicious activity.
Security Positions Available:
- Rover - Foot Patrol: Patrol property to ensure security and prevent incidents
- Rover - Golf Cart : Patrol property to ensure security and prevent incidents; golf cart operation required and must clear MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) screening
- Gatehouse: Control access, verify visitors, and maintain security logs
- Pool: Monitor pool area, enforce safety rules, and assist guests
- Clubhouse: Monitor facilities, assist guests, and maintain a safe environment
- Front Desk: Greet residents and guests, manage check-ins, answer inquiries, and coordinate communication while maintaining security procedures
Requirements:
- 21+ years old
- High school diploma/GED
- Valid Florida Security D License
- Valid Florida Driver’s License
- Pass background check, drug test, and MVR screening if required
- Strong communication/customer service skills
- Bilingual a plus
