Job Description Summary
POSITION SUMMARYResponsible to work with the Property/Facilities Manager in managing the overall security processes for buildings/properties in accordance with State and Federal laws and regulations and company policies, procedures, and standards; Also responsible to work with the Manager to ensure the security needs of the client are in accordance with the terms of the management agreement for the entire real estate portfolio.
Job Description
Roles in OH&S: To ensure a secure, hazard-free environment in and around the building premises by implementing OH&S practices, managing security personnel, and coordinating emergency preparedness and incident response in accordance with DLF Safety Management Systems. Responsibilities: C&W PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES INDIA (JOB DESCRIPTION) Ensure DLF HSE Policy is understood, implemented, and complied with by self and the entire security team. Execute and communicate DLF Safety Standards, SOPs, Engineering Guidelines (EGs), and other OH&S procedures across all security operations. Proactively identify and assess safety and security risks (including threat analysis and traffic hazards) and implement control measures. Conduct regular training, briefings, and drills for Fire & Safety Officers (FSOs), guards, QRTs, and Traffic Marshalls as per TNI and SOPs. Investigate all incidents (safety and security-related) promptly, ensure they are reported, and implement preventive measures as per IISC procedures. Conduct audits of security registers, DMDRP documents, lost & found logs, and CCTV systems. Maintain records as per OH&S requirements. Act as the first responder in emergencies and participate in all mock drills and emergency preparedness exercises. Promote safety awareness, enforce procedures, and foster a culture of vigilance and safety throughout the site. Oversee traffic management, prevent unauthorized parking, and ensure safety in high-traffic zones.
