[What you will be working on]

Executive Support

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and arranging travel.
• Handle first level enquiries from public, colleagues, students and parents.
• Handle confidential correspondence and documentation.

Office Management

• Oversee the office space for the Senior Management team, ensuring cleanliness and operational readiness of equipment and facilities.
• Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment, including asset management and budgets.
• Works as a team with other Secretaries and cover each other’s duties when required.

Events & Administrative Support

• Assist in organizing Senior Management related events (e.g. lunches & visits).
• Support claims and asset-related matters for the Senior Management team.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
• Manage administrative load and delegate tasks as needed.

[What we are looking for]

• Prior experience in secretarial or administrative support roles is preferred.
• Strong organizational, time-management skills and stakeholder management skills.
• High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools.
