Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.?  Vishay Beer Sheva is currently seeking applicants for a Secretary & Engineering Assistant.

In this position, you will provide engineering and administrative support to the Engineering Department, assisting engineers in daily activities while ensuring efficient coordination of department operations and projects.

Job Location:

Beer Sheva is the capital of the Negev, located in Southern Israel.

The factory in Beer Sheva was established in 1996 in the “Emek Sarah” industrial area and has over 1,000 employees.  Vishay Resistors are embedded in various industries: Automotive, Telecom, Computers, Medical, Military, etc.

What you will be doing:

• Working closely with Engineering Manager on daily tasks, schedule management, preparing presentations, planning flights and other administration support

• Support process engineers in their daily activities.

• Conduct data collection and analysis.

• Support projects aimed at improving quality, yield, and processes.

• Assist with project follow-up.

• Coordinate team meetings and follow-up.

• Maintain engineering documentation and records.

• Support communication with internal teams and external suppliers.

• Handle general administrative and departmental tasks.

 What you will bring along:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• English reading proficiency.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Ability to work well in a team environment

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Organizational and time management skills.
