YOU WILL BE: 

The Docent personifies the brand’s culture, transforming luxury retail into a curated, host-led experience..This role is responsible for delivering immersive storytelling, curated walkthroughs, and elevated hospitality moments that deepen client connection to the brand. More than a guide, the Docent translates heritage, craftsmanship, and innovation into memorable, emotionally resonant experiences.  In partnership with Client Services and selling teams, the Docent ensures each visit feels bespoke, personal, and refined.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism setting a refined tone.

• Lead curated tours, private appointments and immersive brand experiences.

• Articulate brand heritage, craftsmanship, design, philosophy, and product narratives, with depth and authenticity.

• Lead private client experiences, VIP tours, and special events with polish and confidence.

• Translate product knowledge into emotionally resonant storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome clients with warmth, presence, and refined professionalism

• Anticipate needs and personalize experiences based on client cues and preferences.

• Partner with Client Services and sales teams to ensure seamless transitions between storytelling and selling moments.

• Maintain discretion and confidentiality with high-profile clientele.

• Cultivate genuine connections that enhance brand loyalty.

• Capture relevant client insights to support relationship-building efforts.

• Follow up when appropriate to deepen engagement beyond the initial visit.

• Ensure the experiential area remains pristine, organized and aligned with brand standards.

• Support as needed for any events or in store activations.

• Maintain visual and experiential standards in partnership with leadership teams.

SALARY AND OTHER BENEFITS:

The starting hourly rate for this position is $20.00 per hour.  Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include market, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
