Monitor systems and trends to improve performance and prevent incidents. Track and facilitate acceptance of changes to production environments. Operate information technology production services according to management protocols and service level agreements. HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Intermediate proficiency in Customer Technical Support. A minimum of zero of experience in relevant related skills. Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies. BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: Intermediate proficiency in Customer Satisfaction. Intermediate proficiency in Quality Assurance.

Essential Requirements:

• 1 to 6 years of experience in Service Desk or IT Support environments.
• Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar platforms.
• Experience in data analysis and reporting using Power BI.
• Experience troubleshooting technical incidents in Windows environments, basic networking, and corporate applications.
• Minimum B2 level of English.
• We are also looking for candidates who speak Dutch, Portuguese, or German. Fluency in any of these languages will be highly valued depending on the project requirements.
• Vocational training diploma or higher qualification in IT, Telecommunications, or a related technical field, or an equivalent university degree.
• 24/7 availability, as the role may require working in rotating shifts.

 

Nice-to-Have Requirements:

• Experience in automation using Python, PowerShell, or other programming/scripting languages.
• Experience in Artificial Intelligence projects applied to IT operations or support.
• Previous experience in team supervision or coordination roles.
• Certifications in ITIL, Power BI, Azure, AWS, or other relevant technologies.
• Experience in customer support or technical contact center environments.
• Knowledge of monitoring and operational analysis tools.
