As a Senior Associate in SCM - Inv, PO, OM, Costing, you will engage with clients to deliver impactful solutions within our Oracle practice. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their business needs and leveraging Oracle technology to address complex challenges. You will be part of a dynamic team that focuses on delivering high-quality business application consulting services, helping clients optimize their operations and achieve their strategic goals.

As a Senior Associate, you will develop meaningful client connections and guide others in navigating complex situations. You will use your problem-solving skills to analyze intricate concepts and deliver value to our clients. This role requires you to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, fostering an environment of growth and learning. Responsibilities

- Analyzing complex business requirements to develop Oracle technology solutions
- Collaborating with clients to support Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) implementations
- Utilizing Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher for data reporting and visualization
- Implementing Oracle Cloud Infrastructure to enhance digital transformation initiatives
- Engaging in process improvement and optimization to drive business transformation
- Applying analytical thinking to solve client challenges and improve operational efficiency
- Supporting strategic technology planning to align with client objectives
- Facilitating AI-human collaboration to enhance digital tooling and automation efforts
- Embracing change and fostering innovation within client engagements
- Providing guidance on Oracle Data Integration to streamline data management processes

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in technical, integration, database, or related Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) domains
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF)
- Utilizing Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher for data reporting
- Embracing AI-Human Collaboration in digital transformation projects
