What You’ll Do
業務説明（新規体外診断用医薬品の臨床開発）
- 自社の体外診断用医薬品の日本薬事承認を目指して国内で臨床試験を行う、また自社のプロトタイプ試薬を用いた臨床開発を行う。
- 臨床試験に必要なのは、先ずは医師や臨床検査技師の方とコミュニケーションをはかり臨床試験を進めることです。
- 日本の添付文書に取得したデータが掲載されるため、自身が中心となって計画の立案、データの取得、解析、レポートの作成は必要となります（日本語および/または英語）。
- 臨床試験・臨床開発における品質保証システムを作成する、またコンプライアンス対応や監査に対する対応を行う。
- 臨床開発・臨床試験を行う上では既にある臨床開発の品質保証システム、および法律を理解して、準拠することが求められます。
- 更に新製品の開発のために、臨床開発手順を新しく構築したり、適切に管理・改訂したりする必要があります。
- 上市後の製品に対するコンプライアンス対応や臨床試験・臨床開発における監査に対する必要があります。
Required Qualifications
学歴
- ライフサイエンス系または化学系大学修士課程以上を終了している方、または同等と認められる方。
経歴
- 大学時代にライフサイエンス系または化学系で研究を行った経験がある方
- 医薬品・医療機器・体外診断用医薬品の開発業務の経験または営業、マーケティング、学術、薬事、品質保証の業務経験が5年以上ある方。
その他
- 医療機関や大学ならびに他部門（海外を含む）の方と積極的にコミュニケーションが取れる方。
- 英語会話に抵抗がなく、英語で文書の作成やメールのやり取りが可能な方（目安：TOEIC700以上）
