At New Story Schools, we serve students ages 5–21 with autism and emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges. Guided by individualized learning, therapeutic integration, and collaboration, we empower students to grow and prepare for meaningful adult lives. What You’ll Need
Current Pennsylvania Certified School Nurse certification
Active LPN or RN
Experience providing nursing services to children
Knowledge of medical conditions, treatment, and school health regulations
Strong communication and documentation skills
Ability to remain calm and effective during medical or behavioral emergencies
What You’ll Do
Provide direct care, first aid, and emergency medical response for students
Manage medication administration, documentation, and physician communication
Develop and monitor individualized health plans for students with medical needs
Educate staff and families on health procedures, safety, and infection control
Collaborate with school teams to promote health, wellness, and safety standards
