Job Description

• Creating new service orders in the CRM system, ensuring that all details are accurately entered. This includes customer information, order specifics, and any additional requirements. Additionally, it involves monitoring the progress of these orders, providing support for any issues that arise and assisting in the closure of service orders once all services have been delivered and confirmed (where applicable)
• Generic Email Management involves handling a wide range of tasks related to email communication. This includes managing incoming and outgoing emails, ensuring prompt responses
• Performing parts ordering in the CRM system is a critical task that requires meticulous attention to detail and accurate data entry. This involves creating a parts order request and submitting it through the CRM system. Monitoring the status of the parts order, tracking its progress from submission to fulfillment. Communicating with internal teams to address any issues or delays that arise during the ordering process. Updating the CRM system with any changes or updates to the parts order if needed. Providing timely updates to customers or stakeholders on the status of their parts orders.
• Creating service quote in the CRM system, ensuring all fields are completed correctly. This may also include following up with the customer if any information is unclear or missing, and making necessary adjustments to the service quote as needed.
• Provide support as required with warranty extension submission as well as any other ad hoc additional administrative tasks
• Work collaboratively and partner with different departments.
• Ensure all working relationships follow Agilent Technologies Standards of Business Conduct
   

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and 3–5 years of experience in customer service operations or administration.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Thailand language.
• Possess Customer-First mindset.
• Excellent telephone communication skills for customer interactions.
• Good team player who can cooperate cohesively within the team and with cross functional teams.
• Knowledge in SAP is mandatory.

This job has a full time weekly schedule.
