About the Role
Accenture is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Lead at the Senior Manager level to drive large-scale HR transformation initiatives and lead the delivery of innovative cloud-based Human Capital Management solutions. This role combines program leadership, solution architecture, business advisory, and people leadership responsibilities to help organizations transform their HR operations and employee experiences.
As a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, you will lead multi-disciplinary teams, shape transformation roadmaps, oversee solution delivery, and contribute to the growth of Accenture's SAP SuccessFactors practice across Southeast Asia.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central transformation programs, from strategy and design through deployment and post-go-live support.
• Serve as the primary client advisor for Employee Central-related initiatives, engaging with senior business and HR stakeholders.
• Define target operating models, business processes, and solution architectures aligned with client transformation objectives.
• Lead solution design workshops and ensure alignment with SAP SuccessFactors leading practices and organizational requirements.
• Oversee project delivery, including scope, timeline, budget, quality management, risk mitigation, and resource planning.
• Manage and mentor consulting teams, fostering capability development and career growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Talent Management, Recruiting, Compensation, Payroll, Workforce Analytics, and SAP S/4HANA integrations.
• Support business development activities, including solutioning, proposal development, client presentations, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Drive innovation by evaluating new SAP SuccessFactors capabilities and industry trends to enhance client value.
• Ensure solution governance, compliance, data quality, and adoption throughout the transformation lifecycle.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors, including extensive experience with Employee Central implementations.
• Proven experience leading large-scale global or regional HR transformation programs.
• Demonstrated success managing complex stakeholder environments and executive-level client relationships.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, organizational management, workforce administration, and employee lifecycle management.
• Experience leading multi-country Employee Central deployments, including data migration, integrations, and change management activities.
• Excellent consulting, presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing and developing high-performing consulting teams.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors, including extensive experience with Employee Central implementations.
• Proven experience leading large-scale global or regional HR transformation programs.
• Demonstrated success managing complex stakeholder environments and executive-level client relationships.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, organizational management, workforce administration, and employee lifecycle management.
• Experience leading multi-country Employee Central deployments, including data migration, integrations, and change management activities.

Preferred Qualifications
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification.
• Experience with Employee Central Payroll, Time Tracking, Compensation, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, or Learning modules.
• Knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, and integration frameworks.
• Experience supporting sales pursuits, solution development, and practice growth initiatives.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and DevOps practices.
• MBA or other advanced business-related qualifications.
• Experience with Employee Central Payroll, Time Tracking, Compensation, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, or Learning modules.
• Knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, and integration frameworks.
• Experience supporting sales pursuits, solution development, and practice growth initiatives.
