As a SAP-SF Talent - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in our Business Application Consulting team, focusing on SAP Human Capital. You will analyze current business requirements and processes, recommending and developing solutions to meet client needs. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to navigate complex business issues, manage workstreams, and deliver client solutions. You will be responsible for building meaningful client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. This role emphasizes relationship building, managing others, and personal growth.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will design, configure, and document SAP SuccessFactors Talent Acquisition modules based on business requirements. You will assist in developing functional specifications for integration and data developments, as well as support system testing and training of end users. Within our Advisory practice, you will have the opportunity to work with diverse teams, enhancing your skills and contributing to the delivery of premium, cost-effective services. Responsibilities

- Analyzing business requirements and processes to develop solutions that meet client needs
- Designing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors Talent Acquisition modules based on business requirements
- Assisting in the development of functional specifications for integration and data developments
- Supporting the testing process by developing and maintaining test scripts and scenarios
- Providing application support and system testing, and training end users
- Leading teams in SAP SuccessFactors Talent Acquisition projects to deliver client solutions
- Conducting client workshops to gather requirements and provide solutions
- Creating documentation and training materials for client use
- Facilitating knowledge transfer to clients and training super users
- Utilizing Microsoft tools, including Excel and Project, for project management and planning
- Collaborating with clients to interpret business requirements and provide clear recommendations
- Engaging in business process improvement and change management initiatives
- Applying analytical thinking to solve complex business issues and improve processes
- Managing project budgeting and planning for successful implementation of solutions

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Human Capital solutions, including SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals), SAP HCM, or related HR platform credentials
- Demonstrating experience with SAP SuccessFactors Talent Acquisition modules
- Leading client workshops and team projects effectively
- Utilizing cloud implementation methodology for full cycle implementations
- Creating comprehensive documentation and training materials
- Transferring knowledge to clients and training super users
- Excelling in analytical thinking and business process improvement
