As a SAP - RAR - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize their operational efficiency through specialized consulting services. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will focus on providing consulting services for SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications. You will analyze client requirements, implement CRM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP CRM applications. Working within our Technology Consulting practice, you will enable clients to optimize customer relationship management processes, enhance customer satisfaction, and achieve their strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

- Leading the implementation and integration of SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications to optimize client processes
- Analyzing client requirements and designing tailored CRM solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve strategic objectives
- Managing end-to-end SAP RAR module implementations, including data migration and configuration with SAP SD and BRIM modules
- Developing and executing testing plans and scripts to validate system functionality and performance
- Configuring revenue accounting engines and setting up Revenue Accounting Item (RAI) classes and interfaces
- Collaborating with clients to gather requirements, blueprint designs, and conduct functional testing for user acceptance
- Providing training and support to clients for seamless adoption and utilization of SAP CRM applications
- Utilizing analytical thinking to extract insights from industry trends and apply them to client solutions
- Reviewing work for quality and accuracy, confirming alignment with client needs and project goals
- Mentoring junior staff and delegating tasks to provide growth opportunities and achieve project deliverables

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Customer or S/4HANA customer-facing solutions, including Sales, Service, Commerce, or Customer Data platforms
- Demonstrating expertise in SAP RAR module implementation and data migration
- Integrating SAP RAR with SAP SD and BRIM modules
- Configuring Revenue Accounting Item (RAI) Class and interfaces
- Developing and testing comprehensive test plans and scripts
- Utilizing BRF+ application configuration and RAR baseline configurations
- Understanding IFRS 15 Revenue SSP Allocation and reporting regulations
