As a Senior Associate specializing in SAP PPDS at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing supply chain processes and enhancing operational efficiency for our clients. Within our Advisory practice, you will leverage your skills to analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP supply chain and operations applications. This role is client-focused, enabling you to contribute to clients' strategic objectives through innovative solutions.

As a Senior Associate, you will develop meaningful client connections and guide others by mentoring and inspiring them to deliver quality work. You will navigate complex situations, using your growing knowledge of business operations to identify opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to implement SAP supply chain and operations solutions effectively
- Developing and managing project plans to optimize operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives
- Utilizing SAP Supply Chain Management software to enhance supply chain processes and performance
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP applications
- Collaborating with team members to deliver quality client service and meet project timelines
- Mentoring junior team members to develop their skills and understanding of business applications
- Addressing conflicts and engaging in constructive conversations with clients and stakeholders
- Upholding professional and technical standards in line with the firm's code of conduct
- Leveraging data-driven insights to inform supply chain strategies and improvements
- Encouraging innovation and embracing technology to enhance project delivery and client outcomes

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Supply Chain and Operations solutions, including SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Transportation Management (TM), or related logistics credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Supply Chain Management (SAP SCM)
- Utilizing data-driven insights for supply chain optimization
- Excelling in project budgeting and resource management
- Developing skills in demand forecasting and planning operations
