As a Salesforce QA , you’ll apply and develop your analytical, interpersonal, creative thinking, business management, and leadership skills from day one. You'll begin as a generalist and be placed in the thick of the action, as you work side by side with some of the best consultants and project managers in the business

What you’ll do:

• Become a trusted advisor to our clients and facilitate ongoing communications and guiding efforts to manage and exceed client expectations.
• Gather and analyze requirements from business teams and stakeholders to determine appropriate QA Activities based on the requirements.
• Draft Test Plans, Create Test cases, regression test plans, and other QA related documents.
• Implement, improve, and maintain new and legacy testing cases/suites for both the Developer and Administrator teams.
• Lead weekly & monthly release regression test cycles.
• Identify platform issues and craft proactive resolutions and communication plans to remedy.
• Review the development work consistently and own the quality of the QA work.
• Owns the QA lifecycle and is responsible for managing QA risks throughout the project.
• Communicates and enforces the best practices and QA standards.
• Manage QA Team Members efficiently on mid/large scale programs
• Innovative ideas to improve or enhance the existing QA Process

Who you are:

• You have a strong ability to support the creation of innovative digital transformation strategy and to help deliver and implement an operational solution that is customer-centric
• You are a technology enthusiast and can support a program’s diagnostics surrounding complex business/technical challenges to implement innovative digital solutions with the latest technologies.
• You are passionate about SFDC technology and are driven to keep up to date with the latest functionality.
• You are flexible with the ability to handle multiple demands, shifting priorities, and rapid change. Ambiguity is not something that scares you.
• You are recognized as trusted, empathetic, and accountable in relationships with clients, colleagues, vendors, and other industry professionals.

What you bring:

• 4+ years of client-facing QA consulting experience
• 3+ year of Salesforce-specific QA and/or Release management experience
• 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce solutions with an emphasis on cross-cloud solutions.
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills, and the ability to articulate issues, processes, and outcomes.
• Demonstrated success working in a collaborative environment to support a scalable solution to meet client business needs.
• Salesforce certification(s) and overall understanding of the platform and capabilities of products, specifically Heroku, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Tooling API and Debugging logs
