As a Salesforce OmniStudio, Senior Associate-AES Operate, you will engage with clients to analyze their needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Salesforce applications. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your broad range of consulting skills to help clients optimize operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is unclear.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing, using critical thinking to break down complex concepts. By interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations, you will uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards, contributing to the firm's overall business strategies.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to implement Salesforce solutions that enhance operational efficiency
- Providing training and support to clients for effective utilization of Salesforce applications
- Collaborating with clients to optimize business processes and achieve strategic objectives
- Utilizing Salesforce Lightning and Service Cloud to deliver tailored solutions
- Developing and maintaining project architecture and budgeting for Salesforce implementations
- Engaging in technical consultation to support enterprise software integration
- Applying analytical thinking to interpret data and inform insights and recommendations
- Embracing emerging technologies to drive innovation in Salesforce consulting services
- Creating and delivering training materials to facilitate seamless software integration
- Managing systems projects to align with client goals and business models

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Service Cloud
- Utilizing analytical thinking to break down complex business processes
- Developing training materials for Salesforce applications
- Implementing technology solutions in client-facing environments
- Excelling in communication and teamwork within diverse teams
