Implementation & Rollout
• Own the end-to-end Salesforce implementation across all current and future branches — managing configuration, data migration, user setup, and go-live sequencing
• Conduct discovery sessions with branch Sales Managers, General Managers, and executive leadership to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce configuration
• Configure Salesforce Sales Cloud to align with the Company sales process: lead management, opportunity tracking, pipeline reporting, quote generation, and customer communication workflows
• Manage data migration from legacy CRM platforms and branch-level tracking tools, ensuring data integrity and completeness through cutover
• Develop and execute a structured branch onboarding playbook — from system setup and user provisioning through post-go-live stabilization and adoption tracking
• Coordinate integration touchpoints with ServiceTitan (field operations), NetSuite (ERP), and other platforms to ensure clean, bidirectional data flow across the tech stack
• Track implementation milestones, surface risks proactively, and report progress to VP Operations and executive leadership on a defined cadence
Platform Administration & Optimization
• Serve as the internal Salesforce platform owner post-go-live — responsible for ongoing configuration, user management, role-based permissions, workflow rules, and system health
• Build and maintain a library of standard dashboards and reports aligned to Company sales KPI framework: lead volume, close rate, average ticket, pipeline velocity, and revenue by branch
• Identify and implement automation opportunities — flows, process builder, and AI-assisted features — that reduce manual work and increase sales team productivity
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues escalated from branch staff, serving as the internal Tier 2 support layer before engaging Salesforce support directly
• Manage the Salesforce vendor relationship including license management, contract renewals, feature releases, and support escalations
• Lead ongoing training and change management as the platform evolves — new features, new hires, and new branches from future acquisitions
Partner with branch Sales Managers and General Managers to ensure Salesforce is driving the behaviors and outcomes sales model requires — not just being used as a data entry tool
• Collaborate with Finance on revenue recognition, pipeline-to-close accuracy, and forecasting workflows that connect Salesforce data to NetSuite reporting
• Work closely with the ServiceTitan Implementation Manager to ensure handoff workflows between sales (Salesforce) and production (ServiceTitan) are seamless and data-complete
• Support People Operations with user provisioning, onboarding access setup, and role-based permissions for all new employees at acquired branches
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for all configuration decisions, integration specs, SOPs, and training materials in a centralized, accessible format Acquisition Integration Support
• Deploy the established Salesforce implementation playbook to each newly acquired branch as part of the IMO integration workstream
• Conduct pre-close CRM assessments on target acquisitions — documenting existing sales data, platform configurations, and migration requirements
• Partner with the Integration Project Manager to sequence Salesforce go-live within the broader branch integration timeline
• Champion adoption at newly acquired branches — serving as a patient, energizing presence that builds confidence in new tools and processes among teams navigating significant organizational
change
WHAT YOU BRING
• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce implementation and administration experience — including Sales Cloud configuration, data migration, and post-go-live platform ownership
• Demonstrated track record managing multi-site or multi-entity Salesforce rollouts, ideally in a field service, home services, or similarly distributed business model
• Deep functional knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud: leads, opportunities, accounts, contacts, CPQ or quoting tools, reports, dashboards, flows, and AppExchange integrations
• Experience managing Salesforce integrations with ERP and field service platforms (NetSuite, ServiceTitan, or comparable systems)
• A genuine change champion orientation — you understand that your job is not just to configure a system but to bring people along with it; you lead adoption through coaching, patience, and clear communication
• Strong project management discipline — ability to manage concurrent workstreams across multiple branches, enforce deadlines, and communicate status clearly to senior stakeholders
• Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) required; additional certifications (Sales Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder) strongly preferred
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% to branch locations for implementation support, training, and go-live coverage
PREFERRED
• Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant or Advanced Administrator certification
• Experience in a PE-backed, multi-site platform company supporting a high-velocity acquisition integration strategy
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan and the operational workflows of a roofing, HVAC, or comparable home services business
• Background in CRM strategy, sales operations, or revenue operations in addition to technical Salesforce administration
• Experience with Salesforce Einstein Analytics or similar BI/reporting tools for sales performance visibility
• Prior experience building or contributing to a CRM playbook in an M&A integration context
