As a Salesforce FSL- Sr. Associate, you will engage with clients to analyze their needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for the effective use of Salesforce applications. Within our Commercial & Service Excellence practice, you will leverage your broad consulting skills to help clients optimize operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and enhancing your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is unclear.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will utilize a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, using critical thinking to break down complex concepts. By interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations, you will uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards, contributing to the firm's overall business strategies.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to implement Salesforce solutions that enhance operational efficiency
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Salesforce applications
- Collaborating with clients to develop and optimize business processes using Salesforce Service Cloud
- Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data and inform strategic recommendations
- Developing training materials to facilitate client understanding and adoption of Salesforce technologies
- Implementing technology solutions that align with client objectives and business models
- Managing systems projects to validate timely delivery and alignment with client expectations
- Engaging in technical consultation to address client challenges and propose innovative solutions
- Supporting enterprise integration efforts to enhance system interoperability and functionality
- Embracing change and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in client services

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Service Cloud
- Signifcant implementation experience with Salesforce Field Service
- Collaborating with stakeholders for technical designs
- Customizing Salesforce Field Service functionalities
- Integrating Salesforce with other systems
- Enhancing resource scheduling and dispatching
- Developing custom reports and dashboards
- Conducting thorough testing and debugging
- Familiarity with integration platforms and data management
