As a Salesforce DevOps (Azure/Copado) Developer - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to deliver innovative Salesforce solutions, leveraging your skills in Azure and Copado to enhance user experiences. Within our Commercial & Service Excellence practice, you will play a pivotal role in transforming client operations through strategic Salesforce implementations. As a Senior Associate, you will utilize your problem-solving abilities and critical thinking to navigate complex challenges and build meaningful client relationships. You will also guide and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages growth and development. We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in Salesforce DevOps practices and tools such as Copado, Git, and Azure DevOps (ADO). The candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and managing CI/CD pipelines, enabling efficient, reliable, and scalable release management across Salesforce environments. 

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be at the forefront of Salesforce technology, working within the Salesforce Sales Cloud (CRM) framework to deliver impactful solutions. Your contributions will be integral to driving client success and enhancing service delivery. Responsibilities

- Developing and implementing Salesforce DevOps strategies using Azure and Copado to enhance project delivery

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce using Copado and ADO. 

• Manage source control strategy with Git (branching, merging, conflict resolution). 

• Automate deployments across multiple Salesforce environments, ensuring alignment with governance and compliance requirements. 

• Collaborate with development teams to define DevOps best practices and enforce coding standards. 
  - Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle
  - Designing and prototyping user interfaces with a focus on usability and user experience
  - Conducting usability testing and user acceptance testing to validate design effectiveness
  - Creating mock-ups and visual designs to support iterative design processes
  - Enhancing product design through analytical thinking and customer experience strategy
  - Engaging in design reviews to refine and optimize user experience solutions
  - Utilizing Salesforce Lightning and Sales Cloud to drive digital customer experience initiatives
  - Managing interface design and user research to inform product enhancements
  - Supporting client service engagements by applying human-centered design principles and intellectual curiosity
• What You Must Have
  
  - At least a Bachelor's degree
  - At least 4 years of experience
  - Oral and written proficiency in English required
• What Sets You Apart
  
  - Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer Graphics, Computer and Information Science, Graphic Design
  - Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Sales Cloud
  - Utilizing skills in User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) Design
  - Excelling in creating mock-ups and iterative design processes
  - Applying analytical thinking to enhance digital customer experiences
  - Engaging in stakeholder management and project delivery
  - Embracing change and fostering a culture of inclusion and creativity
• Hands-on experience with Copado

• Strong knowledge of Git-based workflows (feature branching, pull requests, code review). 

• Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) pipelines and work item tracking. 

• Familiarity with Salesforce metadata, SFDX, and package-based deployments. 

• Knowledge of release management processes in large-scale enterprise environments. 

• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot deployment failures. 

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models. 

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
