Job Description & Summary

PwC is seeking motivated interns to join our Salesforce practice. This internship offers hands-on experience across functional, testing, and project management support roles. Interns will gain exposure to Salesforce configuration, business process documentation, testing activities, and project management operations within a professional consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Functional Role

• Assist in documenting business requirements, user stories, and process flows.

• Support basic Salesforce configuration under guidance (e.g., creating fields, page layouts, and reports).

• Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and complete documentation.

Tester Role

• Participate in Salesforce testing activities, including test execution and defect tracking.

• Work with the team to validate system functionality against requirements.

• Support quality assurance efforts to ensure smooth deployments.

PMO Role

• Provide project management support, including preparing daily/weekly updates, maintaining WBS trackers, and monitoring risks & mitigations.

• Document meeting notes and follow up on action items.

• Assist in tracking deployment checklists and project deliverables.

Requirements

Education & Background

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related fields.

• Available to join in full time internship for duration 6 months or more

• Strong interest in Salesforce, consulting, and project management.

Skills & Competencies

• Basic understanding of Salesforce concepts (fields, page layouts, reports) is an added value

• Strong analytical and documentation skills (business requirements, process flows).

• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Excel, MS Project, or similar) is a plus.

• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
