Your Role at Eye

• Take ownership of, and continue to grow, an existing team of Account Executives and a Solutions Engineer: hiring, onboarding, and developing talent to scale.

• Coach your team through the full new business cycle; from cold outreach and qualification to negotiation and close. Lead by example on strategic new business opportunities.

• Drive regional revenue targets, maintain forecast accuracy, and run deal reviews using MEDDPICC.

• Support your team on tough negotiations, step into strategic deals to help them close.

• Work with MSPs and brokers to expand the pipeline, execute tier-up strategy, and unlock new revenue streams.

• Collaborate with Marketing on lead generation, work with Solutions Engineering on technical support.

• Report pipeline, forecast, and team performance to the Regional Sales Director.

Who You Are

• At least 1 year of experience leading team of Account Executives focused on new logo acquisition within a SaaS B2B environment.

• You have experience with MSP, VAR, or reseller ecosystems. You understand how to partner effectively and help partners grow.

• Background in a new business commercial role with software or cybersecurity sales. Strong at discovery, qualification, and value-based conversations.

• You work with frameworks like MEDDPICC. You know when and how to apply them.

• You're comfortable with forecasts, pipelines, and metrics. You make decisions based on data.

• You work well across teams, handle uncertainty, and bring people together.

• Fluent in English and Dutch, spoken and written. Willing to travel up to 20% of the time.
