About the Role
At Essity, we are committed to improving well-being through leading hygiene and health solutions. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Assistant to join our Baltic team in Vilnius.
In this role, you will work closely with Sales Manager, Sales and Marketing teams, distributors, customers, and internal stakeholders across the Baltics, supporting commercial operations, business reporting, customer engagement, event coordination, and day-to-day sales activities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, coordinating multiple projects, and ensuring smooth business operations in an international environment.
What You Will Do
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales team.
- Collaborate with Sales Manager, Sales and Marketing teams and distributors by providing information, coordinating communication, and supporting order administration.
- Search, review, and support tender opportunities by coordinating with distributors and identifying suitable product offerings.
- Support lead qualification activities and contribute to customer development initiatives.
- Organize internal and external conferences, customer meetings, and client visits, including travel arrangements, hotel and restaurant bookings, activity planning, and payment coordination.
- Manage customer communication tools and platforms, including event invitation management and customer engagement activities.
- Work with Power BI, CRM, Excel, and other business systems to gather, analyze, and report business information.
- Prepare monthly sales reports and analyses.
- Maintain and update customer accounts and records in CRM systems.
- Deliver product, sustainability, and other business-related information to customers.
- Support supplier and vendor administration, including vendor creation, purchase order processing, invoice approvals, and payment coordination.
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via email, website channels, and phone, ensuring timely responses and proper routing to relevant stakeholders.
- Support translation activities and preparation of project documentation for the Baltic countries.
- Contribute to ongoing projects and perform other business-related tasks as required.
Who You Are
- You have a good business understanding with a commercial and customer-oriented mindset.
- You are analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data.
- You have strong administrative and organizational skills and can effectively manage multiple priorities.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Experience working with reporting tools and business systems such as Power BI, CRM, Ariba, or similar platforms is considered an advantage.
- Experience in an administrative, sales support, commercial support, customer service, or business coordination role would be considered an advantage.
- You enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams and building positive working relationships.
- You demonstrate strong time management, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
- You have a proactive approach and enjoy taking ownership of tasks and processes.
- You communicate effectively in both Lithuanian and English, verbally and in writing.
