This position reports to:
Sales Manager__
Your role and responsibilities
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Deepen penetration of existing project customers in central of Jiangsu ( Wuxi, Jiangyin, Changzhou, Taizhou&Nantong); build strategic account plans and increase MODP product share within each account.
- 深度开发江苏中部（无锡、江阴、常州、泰州及南通）现有项目类客户，制定客户战略计划，提升MODP产品在客户中的份额。
- Identify and develop new project customers in central of Jiangsu ( Wuxi, Jiangyin, Changzhou, Taizhou&Nantong), with focus on priority industries: Data center, 3C semiconductors，New material, Marine, Crane, Chemical, Paper&Pulp.
- 深度开发江苏中部（无锡、江阴、常州、泰州及南通）新项目类客户，重点聚焦数据中心，3C半导体，新材料，船舶，提升，化工，造纸等行业。
- Conduct industry-specific market analysis.
- 开展区域内项目类客户行业市场分析。
- Develop new channel partners to expand project coverage in underserved areas: Changzhou, Taizhou&Nantong.
- 在常州、泰州及南通等薄弱地区开发新合作伙伴，扩大项目类客户覆盖，建立各地区行业最终用户人脉关系。
- Collaborate closely with existing local channel partners to deliver comprehensive sales and technical support for project customer development.
- 与本地现有渠道合作伙伴密切配合，给与项目客户开发销售支持。。
- Promote integrated automation solutions — combining PLC and Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) — within the project customer base.
- 在项目类客户中推进PLC和变频器整合自动化解决方案的销售。
Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 电气工程、自动化、机械工程或相关专业本科及以上学历。
- Minimum 8 years of sales experience in industrial automation, LV drives, or project-related business.
- 5-10年以上工业自动化、低压变频器相关业务销售经验。
- Solid knowledge of LV VFD, PLC, and Servo products and their applications in project industries.
- 熟悉低压变频器、PLC及伺服产品及其行业的应用。
- Strong local market knowledge of central and southern Hebei project industries and customer landscape.
- 深入了解江苏中部市场及客户资源。
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- 具备较强的沟通、谈判和客户关系管理能力。
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a field-based role.
- 积极主动、结果导向，能够独立开展客户拜访和业务开发工作。
- Willingness to travel frequently within central and southern Hebei region.
- 能适应在江苏中部地区频繁出差的工作要求。
