職務概要と募集背景:

　アボットメディカルジャパン、ニューロモデュレーション事業部（以下、ＮＭ事業部）の事業計画と営業方針に沿って、西日本営業部に所属し、主に中四国・九州及び沖縄エリアの脊髄刺激療法（SCS）、脳深部刺激療法（DBS）ビジネスの市場開発と売上成長に貢献いただくポジションです。（担当エリアは、ご入社後に適正を見てお任せします。）　本ポジションは、新しい治療法の啓発や新技術導入段階の為、単に自身の限られたテリトリーのみの売上貢献に留まらず、チームメンバーと協力しながら競争戦略を描き、切磋琢磨しながら広域をサポートします。　これまでのＮＭ事業部の急成長と今後の更なる成長を見込んだ新設ポジションです。

職務詳細：

• テリトリー売上予算（月別、四半期別、年別）の達成とアカウントマネジメント全般業務
  • Sales force effectiveness営業支援ツール（CRMツール）を活用したKPI設定と進捗管理
  • 代理店施策立案と実行（代理店価格政策及び教育訓練計画の実行）
  • 営業効率化施策立案と実行（セールスオペレーション最適化）
• 西日本エリアのSCS及びDBS市場開拓支援業務
  • 新デジタル技術を活用した新製品・新技術の導入
  • テリトリーでマーケットニーズを汲み入れた販売戦略・戦術の立案と実行
  • Key Customer (KOL)や販売代理店との関係構築
  • 医学会セミナー及び学術集会併設展示対応サポート
• その他
  • ＮＭ事業部の売上成長や利益率向上に必要なチームメンバーとの各種協働プロジェクトの推進・実行

応募資格（必須）：

• 外資系医薬品・医療機器業界での営業及びマーケティング経験10年以上　
• 出張可能な方
• 普通自動車運転免許
